Noted Israeli choreographer, Ronit Ziv, illustrates her creative process and the magic of dance as a way of life. The lecture performance includes Ziv's solo performance of "Botz", where she portrays the importance of chopping salad, plus video excerpts from highlights of her repertoire: "Rose Can't Wait," "Three Sisters," "Say it once not twice," and "Cassandra." The event will conclude with a Q&A and reception for the artist.Ms. Ziv is a Schusterman Visiting Artist with Scripps and Pomona Dance for the fall 2017 semester.
